I found by clicking F5 over and over it would take me to the next page after I entered the required info.
what a stupid, annoying website! You are only eligible for coupons, etc if you sign up for a bunch of newsletters. (ie. if you don’t, your profile is only 30% complete, only eligible once your profile is 100% complete.)
