Yes, dont select a brand they offer – you wont get the sample – I picked “none” for all of them and got offered lots of samples!!!!

SLQ server issues is what is being reported to me. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with requests.
I just got “We’re sorry, the email address entered is currently not registered.” I’m certain it’s the right address, though…
I tried in Firefox AND IE Exlorer and it’s telling me I’m not registered. So I register again and when I fill out everything (correctly), and hit “NEXT” it tells me to fill out the forms again. It’s like I didn’t enter anything at all and hit next.
Oh noes 🙁 I’m going to miss out…

Ok a tip to you all! if u see in the photo .. many of the products are listed there.. if u go in and answer the short survey dont pick items they have listed .. cause if u pick the items they are willing to give samples of, they know u already use it they won’t add that to your list! .. pick no name items, or items u dont see pictured .. just a tip so u get 10 products in the mail rather then 4 🙂

It finally let me in … but there wasn’t many samples to choose from — dish detergent, men’s deodorant, razor, crest white strips, pantene shampoo. With all the talk about it, I had the impression there was going to be more to choose from.
Couldn’t get in before but working for me now
Anyone know why it takes 4-6 weeks? That seems really long to ship something. Also, do they check the accounts manually before sending or do you think its automatic, i dont like to put my real name on stuff, and if someone were to look at it, they might think its fake and wont send me.

it probably takes 4 to 6 weeks because there are so many and each package is unique.
i never look a gift horse in the mouth. this is a VERY generous program they run and the few negative comments above seem really out of place.

TONS of samples this time, my mom got 10 but I forgot to count mine or my sisters(maybe 12)… Say that you use store brand and you should get them all. My mom signed up but didn’t get the shampoo sample where you choose the hair type. Either because she is too old or doesn’t have kids in the house?
I got mine with no problem at all, I wonder why they ask if you have any children or are expecting, there aren’t any samples relating to that???
NC, I remember that promo, but don’t remember getting the cheque same with the Sunlight Green Clean, didn’t get that cheque either…
Andie, I agree with you, free is free, I don’t know of any other companies that do this!! It must cost them a fortune in shipping and just the samples and packaging itself!! Not that they won’t get the money back, but hey!!!

3:05 Worked fine for me. Wow this is my fourth and looks like the best so far. Yep, select other, store brand or none to get the most samples. You won’t get the sample if you’re already using their product. Another tip – don’t show brand loyalty when filling out surveys. In Marketing 101, they teach you that brand loyalty is extremely hard to break. It’s one of the reasons KD is so popular.

I was able to order for my mom it was out of stock after I ordered but it worked. i am my mom’s coupon, saving helper lol. But I get paid for it even my dad is getting into it he actually called me and asked me if I had a coupon for something neat to see lol

@queenme – putting store brand, or a brand that does not come with the sampler ensures that you get that sample. I didn’t get the magic eraser, but I got all the others.

As posted above, choosing NONE or STORE BRAND depending on the question (but only choosing those 2 options), I qualified for 11 samples (same as in previous comments, no magic eraser) at 11:33 EST.

it take five minutes and it stays on the 3rd part and nothing
when you come out of the survey I had to try 3 times because
it kept giving 3 different kinf of line errors on the page

I got offered the Magic Eraser when I ordered for me, my parents, and my bf’s parents. BUT I put that there is a little kid in the house and also we’re expecting a baby this year in all three households so that could be the reason?
Anyway, when you get the magic eraser option you can choose between that, the cascades or the gain. I chose the magic eraser 🙂

Try again… i just submitted mine….As for the magic eraser, my son’s submission had one; mine did not. Neither listed any children. I think someitems we get are just randomly given….
