blogggg

Here is a new try me free offer, allowing you to try Schwarzkopf ULTIME or Keratin Color for free! Purchase either of these products at participating stores, and complete the form that can be found through the link below, and you will receive up to $17.49 back by mail, to cover the cost of the product. The consumer is responsible for taxes.

There are a few important details to note, so if you plan on participating in this mail in rebate, make sure to read carefully. You MUST include the “TRY ME FREE” coupon from the box, so be sure you are picking up a qualifying product, complete with this coupon. You must of course include the receipt with the purchase price circled, but any coupons used toward the product will be deducted from your rebate amount. So if you purchase the product using the $5 coupon on the side of the box, it will be deducted from your rebate cheque.

I used light pearl blond 12.0 on my dark brown hair but nothing changed at all

I bought one,but i can’t find “TRY ME FREE” coupon from the box), Where is the coupon?

    • Marie says:

Hi, the coupon if there was one, would’ve been stuck to the box. It big, blue and sticking out so you can’t really miss it.

  3. Lester says:

Those that were sold in the Rexall Drugstore don’t have coupon, does that mean they are not qualified?

I tried the instense cocoa brown – no coupon found on the box.
Now the promotion is done. Really disappointed. So much for my $15.00 back.
    🙁

Most companies have a money back guarantee (or will at least send you a coupon valid on any of their products). If you really didn’t like it, let them know and see what they will do for you

  6. Mary says:

Scammed again. I thought this was a reputable company.

  7. Vivian Huang says:

scam! I sent in receipt over 3 months, never received any rebate cheque. My friend also sent it, and she didn’t received either. buyer be aware!

  8. Lisa Segatto says:

I mailed in the rebate offer Oct 2016 paid for a stamp but have not received any rebate cheque in mail… why?? I followed all instructions and sent my original receipt when I purchased this product. Please respond ThankYou

  9. Peggy says:

I mailed in the rebate request exactly as instructed and received an email back advising I had not purchased the correct product. The rebate card was attached to the box and it was clearly the correct item, but no rebate. Agree – this is a scam.

  10. Bev says:

Well, I bought the product with the coupon attached to the box. Did exactly what it asked for and mailed it in for the refund. That was back on Dec 12th 2016. It is now Feb 5th 2017 and no refund. I am sure this was a scam. I am going to post this on Facebook and find out how many people were scammed. People need to boycott this company. Shame on you….Schwarzkpf

Someone posted on the forum that they received their rebate but it is disappointing how many people were denied when their box had the try me free label and it says UPC is incorrect.

  11. Eve says:

^ Same here Peggy! I checked my status online http://rapidrebates.com and they denied my claim saying it was the incorrect product, and I bought the one with the Try-me-free pop-out. We need to mass complain somewhere, this rebate was advertised on nearly every box I saw, how can they deny us?

  12. Brenda says:

Just checked my status and my $9.99 cheque was mailed Jan. 31st. Guess we will see if it shows up.

  13. Cuckoo says:

This is insane. I sent mine in November but the “rapidrebates” tracking says the claim was not found. Not happy at all.
