The 2021 request form for a $4 coupon from Chapman’s Canada is now up and running! To request your coupon you can click the link below to complete the form. It says that you can expect your coupon in 6-8 weeks, however, these often take longer so please be patient.
The form wasn’t working properly yesterday and this morning but it appears to be fixed now. If you were unsuccessful either yesterday or earlier today you may want to give it another shot. You are able to order one coupon per household per year. The coupon is valid for $4 off the purchase of Chapman’s products, so the best way to use the coupon is to wait until the Chapman’s original ice cream in the box is on sale for $2 or less, then you can pick up two with the coupon!
