Anyone having problem with the security code. I tried using 3 cards it didn’t work

  5. Julianna says:

Having problems with the security code too! Tried two cards, and on two different browsers….

  6. Julianna says:

^ Ooh, I see. Thank you for the help! 🙂

  7. Robin Monks says:

You can’t get a $0 cart with chapters, you’ll need to end up with at least a penny for it to let you check out.

  8. Ivan says:

Thanks, ordered a $20 CD that I’ve been after for a while.

  9. Hailey says:

yahoo thanks so much 3 books for just under 6$ because someone else in my family also ordered a book on my behalf.

  10. Emma says:

I just tried to buy one which price is over $5, but I cannot find a box to put the promotion code. Anyone can help me ?

  11. Heather says:

Can you use it more then once?

  12. saver says:

thanks, just paid 68 cents for a nice notebook…seems to need to be over $5 as FallenPixels mentioned or won’t work.

  13. seapotato says:

oooh was waiting for a good discount code before i bought some books! does it work multiple times?

  14. Digi says:

I’ve been wanting to read Every Never After, but didn’t want to pay $10 for it.
With the coupon code, ship-to-store (which I’m near every weekday, picking up DD from daycare), and with a giftcard I got for my birthday…FREE!~ And still almost $5 on the GC. 😉

  15. ashley says:

I dont see any option to use the promo code either

  16. Digi says:

It’s at the end, where you enter in the payment details, a small box under the GC box.

  17. alisa1 says:

Anyone who ordered can say at which point they entered the promo code, please?

  18. alisa1 says:

Never mind, found it. It’s in the payment section, last line before submitting

  19. torontogal12 says:

Not accepting the code for a $11 purchase. Then i read the fine print

“Must provide valid coupon code at checkout to receive discount. One coupon code per transaction. $25 minimum spend. We reserve the right to change or end an offer at any time without notice.”

  20. Bargain Seeker says:

They just changed the mimimum spend because there was no minimum earlier.

  21. Esther says:

can the code only be used towards non sale items? I tried to use it on a $5.50 journal from the sale section and it wouldn’t let me.

to enter the promo code, scroll towards the bottom of the page towards the billing address. there’s a button that says ‘Apply a coupon/promo code’

  22. Esther says:

never mind found the answer. it’s too bad they changed it!

  23. zee says:

didn’t work for me, it says coupon cannot be applied. 🙁
I was going to get toys that were more than 5$ in total.

  24. Jones says:

They changed this promo very quickly to a $25 minimum spend! Originally, no minimum and no limit on transactions. With ship to store free, there was a number of items available for free!

I had the same problem with the security code. I called customer service and they told me it was a known problem that they were working on. She suggested I add a Love of Reading donation to my basket to make it above $5.00 or wait for them to resolve the issue. I’m glad I didn’t wait!! I added a small donation and managed to make 2 separate transactions to get essentially free books. Then on my third try, another error message because there was now a minimum $25 spend. I won’t be holding my breath for a similar sale soon. It was too good to be true.

  25. denise says:

It was an awesome deal! I sure hope they don’t renege on the orders that were free or close to it. I managed to do 4 separate transactions. Got Angry Birds On Thin Ice game & 3 Angry Birds Space plush for a grand total of $6.14! My son is overjoyed-lol

  26. Katherine says:

Woohoo! Been eyeing the Nexus 7 case they have on sale and was debating whether or not to buy it. Didn’t manage to get it before it changed to $25 minimum, but they had the game of thrones set on sale as well so I bought that too.

  27. Robin Monks says:

    My near-$0 orders shipped.

  28. whatupG says:

is this over/expired? i can’t get it to work for a 27$ decor item
