If you are looking for an affordable cell plan, Cityfone have some great deals at the moment. Get double minutes, texts and data on your plan plus for the first three months, you will pay only 50% of your plan cost. Unlike many of the cheaper plans with other carriers, you can even get a free phone with a 2 year term. Cityfone uses Rogers networks so you don’t have to worry about zones either.
Choose from these four plans:
- Talk & Text: 300 Canada wide minutes, unlimited evenings & weekends plus unlimited global text $25/month ($12.50 for first 3 months)
- Data: 400 Canada wide minutes, 1GB data and unlimited global text $40/month ($20 for first 3 months)
- Couple’s Data: 200 Canada wide minutes (shared), unlimited talk & text between couple’s phones, 400 MB data (shared) and unlimited text messages $55 ($27.50 for first 3 months). 400MB will not last long shared between two people.
- Family Share Plan: 400 Canada wide minutes (shared), unlimited talk & text between phones on same plan, 2GB data (shared) and unlimited text messages $80 ($40 for first 3 months)
While you can get more data with a company like Wind, if you are looking for a reliable LTE network, especially outside of major cities or a simple talk and text plan, they are worth looking into. Full details can be found here.
Hi,
I have an LG Neon2 Cellphone and would like to use an iPhone now, but keep the same number. I went to Rogers stand to have more information and they could not use the LG Neon2 sim because it is too big for the iPhone. They asked me to contact Cityfone and ask for a smaller sim that will fit in my new iPhone.
So please help and tell me what to do.
Thank you
Tam Bui
