If you’re wondering what’s the difference between the Hair Colour types, here is a excerpt from Beauty Junkies Unite about each:

Nice ‘N Easy Perfect 10 Hair Colour

Clairol promises perfect haircolor in 10 minutes with Perfect 10.  You know I have to take them up on those claims because if I can cut my current processing time of 25 minutes down to 10, I’m going to be kissing someone’s feet.

*sings* Awe-some!  10 minutes left me with a comparable result to the brand I’m currently using with less undesirable odor in the formula.

Yay for 10 minute haircolor!  That whole thing where I said I was going to kiss someone’s feet?  Can I just give them a hug instead?

Natural Instincts

Natural Instincts is an ammonia-free, non-permanent hair color that promises to cover grey, add shine, and enhance existing color for up to 28 shampoos.

I applied this on slightly damp hair at my roots for 5 minutes, worked it through the rest of my hair for 5 minutes, and rinsed it out.  That’s it.  I applied the Color Treat conditioning treatment that was provided, rinsed it out, and wah-lah.  Perfecto.  It covered my greys!  My hair is shinier than when I began, it doesn’t feel dry at all, and it was a perfect color match.

I cannot seem to access the Save.ca site. It keeps redirecting me to the beta.save which doesn’t show anything.

I’ve tried the Perfect 10 hair colour. Sorry to say it just doesn’t have the staying power that the 20-30 minute ones have. Also, the shades aren’t as varied. Would be nice!

The $7 coupon is for when you buy TWO boxes…

    so you can stack
    1 x $7 WUB 2 = $7
    2 x $3 = $6
    2 x $1.50 = $3

Total is $16 off TWO boxes of Perfect 10.
Perfect $10 at LD is about $14 – $16…so it’s more like BOGO when you use the coupons above.

I have a complaint about Clairol Natural instincts, colour golden honey number 9G. I purchased this product today (November 29, 2010, at The Bargain Shop in Smithers B.C. My hair colour is light blonde with some grey, I used this product this evening and I am now a DARK AUBURN, I am shocked as I’m going to a xmas function and everyone knows me as blondish. Could you possibly clue me in as to what could have happened. I’ve saved the box with the colouring containers in it. I’m not a first time user, I’m well aware of watching the time for setting the colour. I think what happened is the wrong colour enhancing colorant went into the wrong box for shipping. In the meantime what am I to do about the horrible colour I’m stuck with?

    Respectfully Mrs. A. Milne

Tried the perfect 10 and honestly hated it. The smell was horrible, it burns the scalp and my hair is not and even tone all throughout! The roots of my hair are lighter by a long shot than the tips. I was happy about it only taking 10 minutes but greatly dissapointed with the results. My hair feels dry and lifeless.. I would not buy this product again let alone advise my friends to do so also. Very dissapointing considering the ads on Tv make it seem like the next best product since I don’t know what!

I live in Vancouver and am having difficulty getting Nice and Easy #108, Reddish Blonde? Tried two London Drug stores, one on Georgia and Granville, and the other on Davie Street, also tried another drug store on Denman Street…………No luck. Have used this product for over 20 years and don’t know where to go to get it. I live in the west end, and without a car, can only get to a few drug stores in the area. I also tried my local Safeway store, which does handle Nice and Easy, but they didnt have 108 either. The drugstore on Denman is Shoppers.

WHY.On the box it says the kit contains highlighting powder, developing cream, moisture intensive conditioner, highlighting spatula & hook, mixing tray, highlighting cap,and gloves I ‘am very disappointed I would like to continue using your product but I want to get what I pay for. It is false advertisement VERY DISAPPOINTED

Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any helpful hints for newbie blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.

I tried Natural Instincts for the first time today and the plastic bottle exploded, spraying black guck all over me and the bedroom carpet. Pretty unimpressed Clairol. Get slightly more expensive bottles for crying out loud!

I use root touch up and love it but do not understand why the option of saving the brush to use again and just buying solution is not available. In these days of recycling and green earth I really feel this option should be available
