I have been browsing this website off and on for a while. I’m a little scared to order glasses from them since my prescription is so strong. This means that the lenses still are a bit pricey to take a chance that the glasses will fit well, look good, and be accurate. However, I did find my contacts that I use on there. I pay $150 at my eye place and the exact same ones are under $60 on the website (not including any sales or promotional codes). I definitely will consider making purchases through this website in the future! Will Blue Cross cover purchases from this website? Also, does anyone have any stories to share about their luck with this site?

@ Corbinx -I have bought glasses from Clearly Contacts and I love them. Since they have a lot of name brand you can try them on elsewhere and then order. Or you can upload a picture of yourself and try them on the picture (kinda fun). I think, though you’ll want to double check this, that they have a satisfaction garauntee so that you can send them back if you don’t like them.
I have had nothing but good luck with clearly contacts. Prices are cheap and delivery is So speedy. If your plan offers eye care coverage, Blue Cross will cover the purchases with your receipt.

Clearly Contacts is a great company. I tried them for the first time in February. I ordered 3 pairs. 2 of them were great, but I couldn’t see properly out of the 3rd. I’m not sure why 🙁 So I returned it to them, and they were great. Quick refund, no questions asked.
Pacific Blue Cross reimbursed me for the 2 pairs I kept, less the shipping and insurance/handling charges.
My insurance provider paid for the shipping and handling too (Sun Life) but a good thing to do is find a code for free shipping/handling if you’re concerned. I have ordered two pairs myself and just ordered my hubby a pair with this promo code. Only problem is it’s only half off the frames so the pricey lenses are still full price .. but that being said, my hubby needs such high index lenses that he’d pay $400+ anywhere else and I just got him a pair delivered for $134.

I missed the discount but I ordered a frame. I’ll give them one more chance since my first encounter last year was a month of bad communication on their part. I see on here that there are more positive than negative experiences.
@ f — maybe you should call them instead of e-mailing them. Their phone agents are terrific. I’ve had to call a few times — to return one pair, and when I got my free pair, I changed my frame choice a few days after I ordered once a Gucci frame was back in stock. No problems whatsoever. Their phone agents are very friendly and helpful.
