Do you have to be a member of Costco to use their photo lab section? I have about 300 picture to develop and this price is awesome but since I’m not a costco club member I don’t know if I can use this or not. Anyone know?

call the warehouse closest to your house and see if they have a marketer. if they do they might be able to give you a deal, i got a gift card when i got my costco card.
