seriously awesome deal!!! reader’s digest is usually so expensive even when offered at a discount.

  2. Kristin says:

I used to get RD in the mail, but I cancelled it after a year. They send sooo much effin’ junk mail, and for me that’s a lot! All this stuff about contests, fake cheques, etc. Boooo, I buy mine once at month at WalMart.

  3. Rachel says:

What a great deal. I signed up and because I am new to dealfind, I also got a $5 promo code, so this was only $10!!! Love it!!!

  4. Punkie says:

Can I still get this deal if I just cancelled my subscription a few months ago. I love Readers Digest and it hurt me to cancel with them but I’m budgeting and couldn’t justify the $46.00 for a year but $15.00 for two years is doable!

Signed up for a sub for my mom. $10 (after coupon) for 2yrs.. can’t beat that.. Thanks!

  6. dealsniffer says:

I signed up too but what does it mean that it is a voucher? Do I enter it in somewhere to actually get the magazine now? I am confused. It is probably so simple and I don’t get it. but this is such a great deal! has anyone ever got dealfind stuff before? I just signed up but somehow didn’t get the 5.00 promo code tho. 🙁

  7. Carlott says:

I agree with Kristin. If I could just get the magazine, I would buy it in a second. But I canclled my subscription because of all the other junk that came because of it. They sent books that I didn’t order which I would then have to take to the post office to send back. Every week I would get junk mail from them, and not just one piece; I would get 4 or 5 things from them. It was terrible. I started sending it all back to them in their own postage paid envelopes. I sent letters asking them to not send me any more crap and I called them too. But it just kept coming. What a waste of paper. So I will never again subscribe.

    U need to enter “FIRSTS” … to get 5 $ off .

  9. TaraF says:

dealsniffer I was about to ask the same thing. I got a subscription for myself and a “gift” subscription for my Mother. While I was “checking out” it showed the shipping address for the “gift” as my Mothers address but she got an email telling her about a voucher attached to the email that wasn’t there lol Infact this is what it read: Tara sent you a gift: A Dealfind Voucher for Reader’s Digest. Please find the Voucher attached to this e-mail. You need to print the Voucher and bring it with you to Reader’s Digest located at Redeem your voucher by clicking the “Buy” button and enter your shipping information at time of purchase. Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed on the Reader’s Digest website. (map). Your Voucher doesn’t have an expiration date – enjoy the trip to Reader’s Digest whenever you feel like it.

    Thanks

  11. M says:

    Hi kekes,

    The web page is here:
    http://www.dealfind.com/vancouver/readersdigest2/?a=c253b0113a80

The coupon code for first time buyer is “FIRSTS”.

  12. Jodie M says:

The coupon code is “FIRST5” not “FIRSTS.”

  13. Natalka says:

I love RD, and it’s a great deal, but same as Kristen above, it’s simply not worth the hassle to get involved with subscribing with them anymore – the junk mail is absolutely crazy, and it just doesn’t stop.
Also be careful to check if they still have their automatic renewal policy.
When I want one, I buy one at the store.

  14. Freeisnice says:

The only problem with subscribing to readers digest , is the amount of junk that gets sent to you. Thats why I rather borrow the magazine from the library and read it, than subscribe to it.I subscribe to a couple of other magazines , but this one has too much spam.

  15. Dilbrt says:

Can this be redeemed in other provinces?

  16. kekes says:

Thank you Jodie, thaank you deal poster – fantastic deal! Present for dh ordered 🙂

  17. honeybee. says:

  18. Gazpache says:

Dang I’m already a subscriber! Wish this deal came out before my subscription came due!

  19. Sue says:

Can’t find this, hope it isn’t over!

  20. love88 says:

Now I regret the Deal Ticker deal I got last January, I paid $12 for 1 year!

  21. judym73 says:

I ordered this 6 weeks ago and still don’t have the magazine? should I be worried?

  22. RB says:

I too ordered this deal on Mar 5, 2012 via dealfind. In it said
“Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of first issue. Please call 1.800.465.0780 for inquiries.” – I do see that my Credit Card has been charged on Mar 5th 2012 itself.

Its Apr 28th today and still no sign of a ‘READERS DIGEST’ copy – may be its time to call that number. I just hope it is not a scam!!
