Hey, these guys are awesome! I got so many cheap deals from them to amazing places. Once I needed a refund, and got it the same day! Where do you get that??

  2. Tanya says:

I bought a voucher and had problems with the vendor not being open. I contacted Deal Ticker and at first found them helpful and was just frustrated with the vendor. Now the vendor has admitted to declaring bankruptcy (not even 2 months since I bought my voucher that was valid for 1 year – plus I think they ran another deal with them only 1 month ago) and I have asked for a refund. Now I am not hearing back from them after several emails. Kiran either got very lucky or HE WORKS FOR THEM?!?

  3. Kyash says:

I had the same problem. A salon shut down and re-opened as a different place. I called deal ticker at first and they assured me that they would re-open…2 months later when it re-opened under new management they told me they could do half the voucher but not all…I called deal ticker and they said “too bad” I’m still fighting them.

  4. DealTicker is not a good website to purchase deals from…. refunds are impossible even if the service was horrible! Best to stick to reputable websites such as Groupon! I will never use Dealticker again… disappointing experience and no customer support.

  5. Wonderful paintings! That is the kind of info that are supposed to be shared across the internet. Shame on the search engines for not positioning this submit higher! Come on over and talk over with my web site . Thank you =)

Dealticker is a terrible company, as noted by many of you below. Unlike all the reputable deal sites, they do not issue refunds! Their customer service is useless. Just a waste of time and money.

  7. Scott says:

If you paid with a credit, contact your credit card company and ask for a chargeback for non delivery of services.

  8. Scott says:

I meant to say credit card. Time for lunch!

  9. Mary-Anne says:

I bought two pairs of shoes through dealticker on June 5 2012. In October I received one pair that was the wrong colour and size, and as of January 3 2013 I still have not received the second pair and they are refusing to refund me, saying they are already at the warehouse waiting to be shipped so they can’t be refunded (which, BTW, they have been telling me since I started inquiring in August 2012!). This site is horrible and I will never make a purchase through Dealticker or e-accessories again.

3 words. Best. Experience. Ever. I ordered a “$12 for a Gel Bike Seat Cover – Taxes and Shipping Included ($40 Value)” CSR was extremely helpful in locating my order. Will order again from dealticker.com.

  11. Ian says:

All I can say about DealTicker is that they should be run out of town. The steal your money and do not believe in customer service at all!
I placed an order that stated shipping was included. When it finally arrived (3 long months later), shipping was not covered and I had to pay $9.95 shipping if I wanted my parcel. I refused to pay and post office returned the parcel. I have been fighting with DealTicker for the last couple weeks with no satisfaction at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM DEALTICKER, THEY WILL DEFRAUD YOU
