How a look like very edgy technology company can have the worst ever customer service:
My story is, I bought 3 weeks and a half ago a refurbished V6 Cordless by phone. First, the Agent never mentioned that there is no refund on the refurbished item. Second, when I received it, the vacuum was defected, and from there it went to hell…
The first Dyson customer service agent told me that I need to call Purolator for a pickup and I soon I will provide Purolator Pin number they will proceed the exchange to accelerate the process and I should receive the new refurbished vacuum within 5 days….guess what…. I wait for another week for nothing….when I called back for tracking….the second customer service agent told me that nothing is in the process, they are waiting to receive the product at Dyson warehouse before proceeding…IT’S ALMOST 4 WEEKS AND STILL, NO PRODUCT RECEIVED….
I called yesterday for follow up and say that the 5 to10 business days is way over and I need a refund….guess what… they are close up to boxing day….
SO PLEASE IF YOU EXPERIENCED THE SAME AS ME…. INFORM AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN TO ENSURE THAT DYSON IS LOSING SOME SALES…. TRUST ME….DIGITAL POWER WORKS….SO JOIN ME AND MAKE THIS HAPPENS…

This machine has been in for repair twice and they still can not fix it. When it works I love it, but if it won’t run longer then 5 minutes right out of the box from the repair shop, it is no good. This one has never worked right, started malfunctioning at 2 weeks old and I have been trying to get it fixed since. What a JOKE this company is. This is my second machine from them and the first one did good for 3 years then the motor burned up, they replaced it and it is not fixed right either. So now I have 2 $400.00 paper weights. What a waste of a lot of money.
