Yes, Jean you are correct. As a Canadian you will only receive $2.25 off the regular Canadian shipping price of $14.95. Not a great deal IMO!
Boo i hope you will reconsider posting elf promotions because their promotions are never applicable to Canadians (or write a note that says the regular Canadian shipping still applies). It bums out people when we get stuff like cheaper or free shipping only to find elf NEVER has free shipping for Canadians.
Unfortunately, elf shipping promos are never, ever available to Canadians.
Actually they ARE available to Canadians, but just in a different way. I’ve ordered from them in the past and have taken advantage of the deals they have.
From their site: Free shipping codes are applied as a $6.95 credit toward the Canadian shipping fee of $14.95. Reduced shipping codes are applied the same way toward the Canadian shipping fee (i.e. $1.98 shipping would apply as a $4.97 credit
Also, I wanted to mention, regarding Sarah’s comment, you’ll actually get a credit of $4.70 from $14.95. Still not the greatest discount, but their products are so cheap, it can be worth it sometimes!
