Dont even bother wasting your money buying this product. It DOES NOT WORK!! Runs on 2 AA batteries and has a hole about 2 cm by 2 cm to suck up dirt. The suction power is barely there. Factory Direct only gives Credits for returns or exchanges, so if you don’t like this product, you will not receive your money back, only a store credit.

I can’t comment on this product as I’ve never used it. But I have been to visit the physical location of Factory Direct Canada in Toronto at 670 Bloor Street W.
What a strange and unpleasant smell in that store, like it needs a good cleaning.
Guess they haven’t been using Robo Sweeper or any cleaners at all for that matter in that location.
Plus a lot of boxes of different products look like they’ve been previously opened or tampered with. I really didn’t trust the “feel” of the place enough to buy anything.
Did I mention the place smelled unpleasant?
