Some of you might have the tradition of colouring eggs for Easter, and if so you are probably looking for the best deal this week on eggs. Food Basics Ontario has an eggs-cellent price this week from April the 6th to the 12th, so if you are stocking up, be sure to head there or price match wherever you are able if you are without a Food Basics.
From April the 6th to the 12th, Food Basics Ontario has one dozen Selection large white eggs on sale for 3/$5, or $1.67 each! Shoppers Drug Mart has had a dozen eggs on sale for $1.77 lately, but often with a limit of two, otherwise you will pay about $2.49. If you need more than two dozen this is definitely the way to go. You can also stock up and freeze eggs, although I’ve never tried. Just be sure to crack the eggs and store the contents in an airtight container.

While you there buying eggs, look for the coupon for a free bottle of mustard when you buy 2 dozen eggs. I heard it was found at FB as well. I found it at Walmart.
