The only restrictions on the promo code offer of 30% off is that you cannot apply it to Weekly Special items or clearance sale items, other than that it is all fair game.

I was able to find these great riding boots with gold zippered hardware and faux-leather finish for just $36.33, though before they were $51.90. I love the look of the exposed zippers on these boots, as they give it that chic equestrian look without being too “just got back from the stables” look.

Forever 21 offers free-shipping on orders that exceed $30, so if you were to get these boots (or another pair or handbag over $30) then you would just pay that.
