I used to buy these ladies frozen dinners but they went exclusive to another retailer. It may have been Sobey’s.
When companies do this then it kills there sales. Walmart does this also and I won’t shop there either.

I have a copy of this book already and the reciepes are very good. Their whole point is that you can eat tasty meals that are not too difficult to prepare for less calories and fat……now who can argue with that?
I think that the $6.00 shipping price is totally worth it as the book would make a great gift for almost any one. You would not find a cheeper copy new at any retailer.
