I think it says “demand” because the site is french and “request” in french (ie: demande) is being translated literally… so no worries, they don’t assume you’re “demanding” anything. Something was just “lost in the translation.” LOL

Aaand – I’m wondering whether my “demande” was “reçu” since the top of the screen says that it could not connect to host but yet I got the demand received pop-up. It also does not say when we can expect to receive this package. Guess we’ll see whether it comes. Has anyone received this in the past?

I ordered thanks, and I have to say my DD got one of these little sample tins from Kotex U, and loves it, the tin is sooo cute!

    this one looks good!!

  6. mnyyoungs says:

    OMG..THANK YOU!!!
I remember in the early 80s Kotex would send young girls this huge box with supplies and booklets and I’ve been trying to find something like that for my daughter…UGH….The trial of reliving ALL of the first period thing again! lol

  7. Ditto says:

The tin case will be nice n handy 🙂 Thanks for the offer!

  8. sampler says:

that is weird how it doesnt ask for city, and province and country? i guess postal is enough??

  9. neesci says:

Yeah now that you mention it they didnt ask for the province and city. Hmm… I still hope it comes though. I would really like the tin for the inside of my purse.

  10. Sally says:

Thats why in my post i stated to put your town and province in the address spot 🙂 I’d say redo..

  11. Steph says:

Yep, demand/request same thing. I work for a Quebec-based company – all emails are French first – and a lot of time French to English translation is lost, but we all get the idea…lol

  12. Lori says:

This is a great offer and I would love to get it but I’ve tried both my email addresses and it says “not a valid email” so I’ll just buy the tin offered by Kotex at my drugstore. Shame I couldn’t get this one. If someone has any suggestions about this, I am willing to hear them.

  13. Richie Rich says:

I highly doubt this would get sent, since it looks like they’re not receiving the requests! (SMTP is outoing email server)

Also, keep all lowercase for email address and it’ll work.

  14. Lori says:

Well they didn’t initially receive mine. Thanks Richie Rich, I left my middle name out of first name and kept my email all lowercase and it worked, so I may not have to buy the Kotex one after all.

Thanks for posting, this is a great offer. But if you’re looking for a way to save on feminine hygiene (spend <$30 a year) and want to help the environment, the Diva Cup is a much better product. I was introduced to it by another member this summer and it’s so much cleaner and convenient!

  16. Prexus says:

Wow great, they’re finally doing some marketing outside of Quebec! Found these at Giant Tiger a while ago and never seen the brand until a bit of research was done. Turns out they’re great pads – CHEERS!

  17. improperganda says:

hopefully this comes! thanks for posting.

  18. This design is incredible! You definitely know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

  19. Hi, i think that i saw you visited my web site so i came to “return the favor”.I’m attempting to find things to improve my web site!I suppose its ok to use some of your ideas!!Here is a Link back to your site.

    Hi Kes,
If the dilemma can be a username/password difficulty and you won’t be able to log in then I’m not sure what’s wrong. I tested it a second ago and it seemed to be working fine. Could you check once more and see if it’s ok now?
