Vancouver is excluded because of the sprize program. And you won’t be able to combine discounts with this promo either. You could use your 10% off coupon on other items but it would have to be a seperate transaction than the BOGO 60% off one.
I think it’s because there is a promotion that’s 30% off Men and Women’s Sweaters from November 26th – 29th. I got the email yesterday saying that the 30% off is only in select Vancouver area stores.
This is actually a better deal because you only have to buy one sweater instead of being forced to buy two.
