Every time GAP/OLDNavy& Banana Republic have a great online sale, their site is down. As soon as you go to checkout…you get an error message. This site has been doing this since Thursday. I have not been able to checkout.
This happens every time they have a sale. I have sent them emails and they don’t reply however, I get about 3-4 emails daily from them to advertise their sales.
What good is an online sale if the website doesn’t work.
