To get your car decal click the link below and then click “I want to take the pledge now!” You are pledging to leave your dog at home whenever possible, to never leave your dog unattended in a parked vehicle, to take action when you spot a dog alone in a parked vehicle, and to encourage those you know to protect dogs from being left alone in hot cars.
Your decal should arrive by mail shortly after you have submitted the form.
