I don’t see anything about limiting this to BC resident only? With the 10$, Chicken, Caesar Salad and the Coffee Beans alone it’s an at least a 48$ value ..

I’m not sure what the “valid locations” link is for exactly. The Gold Membership can be used at any Costco location around the world (not just in BC) and Costco mails the membership card and coupons directly to the customer. I’m from Ontario and Groupon allowed me to purchase it without any problems.
