Gymboree Group, Inc. announced that the Company has filed for bankruptcy. Gymboree intends to use these proceedings to facilitate an orderly wind-down of all of its Gymboree store locations and operations in Canada and the United States. The Company currently operates 380 Gymboree stores across North America.
