Happy New Years Canada

Announcements

newyear

Happy New Years to all our readers.  I hope 2012 is a great year for you and your loved ones.  Please remember tonight if your celebrating to arrive alive and do not not drink and drive.  If you cannot get public transit, stay at a friends etc.

Do you make New Years resolutions? I was just telling Boo the other day that I don’t make New Years resolutions.  I make end of January efforts.  I will be smoke free for 3 years straight the middle of January 2012.  Just when a lot of people are failing their resolutions I start mine.  For some twisted and demented reason it gives me more reason not to fail.  This year I need to diet correctly and get back on track with my eating.  With diabetes I need to concentrate on my health more.   If you make resolutions what are yours?

I too need to modify my lifestyle in order to lose 10 lbs. I stopped smoking a little over 2 years ago and cannot for the life of me shake the extra weight I gained. Please please please 2012…help me succeed.

And to all those with a resolution… all the best. Be strong and accomplish your dreams.

Day 5 of the multivitamin a day routine and hope to manage to get through 2 months, then decide what I can change-the type of vitamin, diet or something else. I’m hoping to see the change in my hair!

This year, I am resolving to finish school – and this time not go back! 😉 Seriously, I’m getting a wee bit old for this perpetual student thing.

Happy New Year to one and all…

Happy New Years to all my wonderful SC friends!

My resolution this year is pretty simple; Instead of changing everything I don’t like about myself, I’m going to learn to love myself in spite of everything I don’t like about myself.

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

Happy New Year to you and all!

Good for you for staying smoke free, congrads! All the best to you re your diabetes. My husband was diagnosed with it a year ago, a big difference has been noticed after changes were made with his eating habits and getting a little more active. He lost 2 inches off his waist after the first few months, just from changing his diet – completely getting rid of one of his stable: coke.
