I also found this really interesting. I had no idea there was a certain way you are to put on a bra.
How to put on a bra:
- Hold the bra in front of you and slip the straps over your shoulders.
- Holding each side of the bra, lean forward from the waist so your breasts fall into the centre of each cup (and into a natural position on the body).
- Fasten the back closure in the middle hook and adjust the shoulder straps (while still leaning forward); if straps are too tight or too loose, it can ruin the fit of an otherwise properly fitted bra.
- To end, the bra band should be straight around the frame and in the middle of your back.

Thanks Joosygirl for the email
darn seem to be all Toronto/Ottawa.
Nothing for the East darn it!
I call that kind of putting on a bra “Hollywood style”. Looks good for movies, and for strippers, but I do mine the “upside-down, inside-out, and backwards” way.
How to put on a bra: wrap the bra around your chest with each end of the bra in the middle of your chest. Do up the hooks. Then twist the bra so that the hooks are located on your back. Then pull the straps over your arms.
Nothing in the Maritime provinces! Not shocked or surprised!
Was anyone able to book an appointment? I left a msg for Francesa 2 days ago and have yet to hear anything from her..
I live near Sherbrooke Quebec. Would love to know when and where!
