I made a purchase today and they wouldn’t honor the coupon because the item was on sale – the coupon does not specify this. I also waited in line for more than 20 minutes because only one register out of 5 was open — meanwhile three other employees are just hanging around not even helping out. When I got to the counter and asked the cashier why they wouldn’t open another cash when there is a line-up, he said “that’s how we roll”! SERIOUSLY ?!?! I have to say this is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I’ll never shop there again and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends!
