While the hollister jackets are stylish and say all weather that doesn’t mean cold temperatures despite the parka type hood. It means wet, snow, dry etc. as indicated. This one is better than most with a nylon rather than polyester shell for wind protection and might work with a warm sweater. for short periods. I have an abercrombie military styled bomber that I use for the car and shoveling snow etc, where I don’t want a bulky parka. I would not want to be out with it for any period of time standing or walking etc. though.
