where on earth would i find a coupon for strawberries at no frills???
Please show me.
Hello,
Where do you get the Renee’s salad dressing coupons?
Thanks,
Rubaiya.
@ Seniora: The coupons listed aren’t necessarily at the stores listed. The $1 strawberries coupon is from the back of a cereal box I believe.
thank you.

THANKS
As usual, my thanks for the hard work put into this thread.
You can get the ZipLoc coupons @ RightatHome.CA
becareful of NOFRILLS…. they won’t allow web printed COUPONS (happend at least 2 stores)…. I ended up abandoning my shopping cart because they refused to accept the coupon.
I ended up going to Walmart and getting a price match and then using the coupon.
I really like this format with the coupon deals and the link to the flyer. Thanks!!
Thanks for all your work. This makes finding deals super easy! You rock!
what does wyb2 or wub3 mean?
when you buy
WYB2 also need some coupon or print or just buy 2 is OK.
I had printed the Ziploc coupon (Buy 2 Save $4) took it to walmart for a price match and they at first wouldn’t honour the coupon because it didn’t have the web address printed at the bottom. Spent 20mins arguing and they had to go verify it before they would accept it.
Looks like some affiliate stores do accept web-printed coupons and others do not–I had no problems with the No Frills stores that I went to. BUT:
The Canadian Tire on Victoria St. in Kitchener wouldn’t take my coupons for the Snuggle fabric softener sheets. She told me that it is Canadian Tire policy to not take coupons when things are on sale. She said it said on coupon not to be combined with others offers and promotions……..which it did. Usually I thought it meant that you couldn’t use more than one coupon like they are able to do in the U.S.
I looked at the Ziploc coupons I printed off the web and it said not to be combined with other offers, promotions and discounts. So maybe that meant that we weren’t supposed to be using the coupons to get free Ziploc bags either?? I, and other family members, had no difficulty using these coupons at Walmart or at No Frills to get free purchases (except for the tax of course).
It makes sense, from the manufacturer’s point of view I guess (I don’t think their plan is for people to usually get something for nothing). But either way, if the coupons are redeemed (whether on full price or discounted items) they are going to have to give the same amount of money to the stores…..but I am sure they get more requests for reimbursement when the stores have sales on the items (could often be because the manufacturers give the stores a deal on their price).
I always assume that the stores incorporate their costs into general overhead for someone to collate coupons and submit to companies for reimbursement (although they do usually get a handling fee on top of the base coupon amount I think). Most coupons just say that they may have to prove that they purchased enough inventory to validate the coupons reimbursed. Would the manufacturers also be checking to see if they’re letting customers use the coupons on sale items, rather than full price items???
Just got me thinking. I didn’t bother ever using coupons much before because they were usually just for a small amount that, even with sales, weren’t as good as I could get on no-name items and other sales without using coupons. Too much work keeping track of coupons for the return I got. It’s just been since I saw Smart Canucks pointing out that you could get stuff free, or practically free, that I became interested. If that ends, so will my coupon clipping.
Hey Smart Canucks! Have you been getting any feedback from the manufacturers on how you promote their coupons and offers?
i tried to find the one coupon you mentioned about a dollar off chips… you said “onthego” but when i looked that up, it was only in dallas and houston…. is there a canadian site i can go to?
where can i get the coupon for rene’s salad dressing??
