Submitted order last Saturday online, but had to call to correct inconsistent prices and apply discount code. Order accepted. Received email Thursday notifying me that the order was cancelled. Received message on voice mail todya (Friday) asking me to call to replace the order–things were sorted. Called to reorder, everything out of my size/out of stock. Reason for cancellation? None.
The Bay should get it’s act together before it starts selling online. Awful.
