Ikea is at it again – offering their 10 piece meatball dinner for only 99 cents Feb 17-20!! Where else can you possibly get another meal for that price? And of course they hope you’ll shop while you are there… but feel free to eat and then make a break for it! 🙂
Thanks annedougherty for this hot deal!
Mmmmmm meatballs :P:P:P. Thanks Anne!!!
I love those things. Anybody else agree on that?
I’ve never been to an Ikea..but those meatballs look sketchy
How difficult are the assembly instructions?
That picture makes me want to ralph.
LOL – I hope that’s not the “promotional photo” from ikea to try to hock the meatballs… I think it may well have the opposite effect and decrease sales. No meatballs for me!
The meatballs themselves are pretty tasty…….the gravy they put on them however is almost as gross as it looks in the picture! You can get them with no gravy…and for 99cents it’s not bad 😉
That looks absolutely DISGUSTING, LOOK AT THE FAT JUST LAYING THERE, UGGG, CAN ANYONE SAY “BLOCKED ARTERIES”!!!!
Not the most apetizing picture, but it seems the meatballs are a mainstay and a popular item!
is there an official link or something i can send to people? or was this in an email? thanks 🙂
The meatballs are great and my kids love them (as do I). The gravy is not very appetizing and has MSG in it (for those who are sensitive to it, like me). None of us ask for it. They also sell meatballs at the food section (usually near the checkout) and they are reasonably priced (and without gravy :-).
The lingonberry sauce is also a nice counterpoint to the meat (like fresh cranberry sauce). You can have it with boiled potatoes or fries.
A family favourite when we go to IKEA…part of the experience.
Cheers.
Andy
yummy
yeeaaa….haha, you would have thought for a promo picture they wouldn’t have let the gravy separate like that lol.
Does anyone know what KIND of meat those meatballs are made of?
They’re okay, quite salty I might add!
