Kernels have revamped their loyalty program with a new Popcorn Perks card system.  You don’t have to load a gift card to be eligible for points, simply show your Kernels Popcorn Perks card and earn 1 point for every $0.50 spent.

Once you collect 150 points, you get a free medium bag of popcorn including any Maximum or Deluxe flavours. Clusters are excluded (Creamy Creamy Caramel, Double Double Butter and Double Hit).

Spending $75 for a free bag of popcorn seems like a lot, but they had promos under the previous system where you would get an extra 10% added to your gift card, so they may have some promotions for this one too.
