The Dulce de Leche flavor is amazing! I might not be choosing right mug size, but I find the White Chocolate Flavour Hot Cocoa Mix a little watery.
I received two boxes that were almost expired. Contacted customer service and they didn’t reply even after 2 emails sent and waiting for over a month. After the 3rd email when I emailed everyone on their website, I finally got a reply. They said “That is not an expiry date, it’s a best before date. If you think it tastes bad then contact customer service.” Which is what I was TRYING to do the whole time. ..
