Be aware of their return policy changes. I was told Sears Canada refused to take lands end returns any more, customer have to pay for return shipping. The rep blamed everything on Sears Canada through the phone.

I love Lands End. Since May I have placed 17 orders. They have great stuff.
Sizing is so right. Stretchy clothing with spandex-buy one size smaller. It is good to check out kids section for adult clothing choices. How that works? Well, for example, if you find something in Girls Plus section, size 16,it will equal size 12 LADIES. I bought leggings, and I wear 12-14 ladies, GIRLS PLUS 16 fits right. For shoes: GIRLS 7 is LADIES 9. Always check size charts. Print them out and compare. Same works for MEN and BOYS.
Duty? If you place small order under 17 dollars, there will be no duty and no tax. If your item is more than that, then duty is reflected in the cart. Never charged anything upon delivery. Everything is clear up front. No hidden charges. Sometimes I order just one item per order, and then another item in another order. It saves money 🙂
Delivery is via UPS, fast. I get my orders within a week or sooner.
Great choices to ship to home or alternate addresses, like work/office. No issues.

Re purchasing from Land’s End. The company has changed the return policy for Canada. You are no longer able to return to a Sears counter (this includes Sears in the US and Canada – I mention this to those of you who cross border shop or live nearby). They will always take a return at anytime for any reason – but it will be up to you to cover the shipping fees (a friend returned 3 small items at a cost of 10 dollars). Purchases in the US are handled entirely differently and with much more ease.
We had a great thing going in in Canada with Land’s end for years, but no more : (
There’s some great bathing suits in the Overstock, lots of really cute mix and match tops and bottoms, tankinis, one pieces, and for curvy figures too! Awesome prices, the pieces I bought were reduced 70%! I’ve never ordered from LE before so I hope I like what I get.
i buy loads of stuff from overstocks – rarely a problem so for me it’s always been worth it… Even own 3 swimsuits from there – fit better than any i ever actually tried on!
