I ordered from Lids.ca late November and had a horrible experience. While they charged me right away, I only received a partial order in mid-December — they promised 12 business days — and provided no tracking # or any other updates despite my numerous contacts with their customer service. It would be much better to visit their many storefronts in a shopping centre in your area.
Also had a terrible experience with Lids.ca, I’m actually still waiting for my order. They say on their website it takes 1-2 business days to process your order before shipment. I have yet to get any kind of email about my order. I had to email and fight with staff. I just got off the phone with them and they have no idea where my order is, and won’t give me any more information. They simply don’t care. They said my order will come when it comes. Nice eh?
