L’Occitane products smell nice but I can’t stand going into their stores. The staff don’t stop pestering you. The prices are outrageous too. Plus, the customer service is poor.

Really? I find their customer service really great!! Online especially. Yes their prices are high, but it is all made in France, not that cheap Bath and Bodyworks stuff that they give away! They give free samples and always have GWP available and when you send them an e-mail they respond in a day, as well as shipping is quick and I am never dissapointed with the products.If I had more $$$ to spend I would buy much more from them!!
