Well the time is here for another Mac Cosmetics and Estee Lauder Warehouse sale! These quarterly warehouse sales are a highly anticipated event and invite are only for those in the makeup industry (ie Mac employesss) BUT you can always score cheap tickets on sites like Kijiji. Smart Canucks does not have access to tickets but you may leave comments on here to trade and I will remove emails afterwards. (Markam faigrounds location as per usual)
I was just at the MAC Cosmetics store on Friday and she was talking about the warehouse sale and she was also telling me how their coning out with a new foundation in September that has a flawless 8 hour coverage claim.

Hi, where is the warehouse and how much are the tickets? Has anyone ever been to the warehouse sale? Just wondering how good the deals are?
I’ve heard that in the past you can get eyeshadows, ect.. for like $2..
However when I went last year that prices were a little bit higher. For example I paid $7 for an eyeshadow pot from MAC regular like $12. The foundation were in very limited colours. So overall the prices werent as great as expected, but they did have estee lauder, prescriptives, and clinique. be prepared to wait in line, lots of lines for everything, a whole day affair!!

They do have good sales IF you like MAC, Estee Lauder, Clinique and are familiar with those prices. Eyeshadows are about $7, lipsticks are usually $15 – but it’s buy one get one free (so $7.50 each) – really good deal for these brands.
A helpful tip – bring $20 in cash as there is always a grab bag available at the very end, $5 a bag and filled with usually a lipstick, eyeshadow, and a couple of other goodies. These are set bags, no swapping colours – but a really good deal and there’s usually something you’ll like. Limit of 4 and cash only.

Why do you have to pay for a ticket to a warehouse sale, when the tickets are given out free? Never been to one, but can’t justify paying for a ticket…would anyone like to offer one for complimentary? would love to get out as a treat to myself without kids for once!

Tickets for this particular warehouse sale are a must, they are NOT handed out free to people who are not employees, makeup artists etc. The only way youll get in is buying a ticket.

Tickets should NOT BE SOLD. They are given as free and at the bottom of the tickets, it says “not to be sold”. I always give mine out for free. It’s not right to sell something you get for free. It’s crazy people are selling their tickets for $25-$50.
