You will be required to complete a brief survey consisting of no more than five questions, and you will will then be emailed a unique code for $5 off your next Cineplex movie ticket purchase, valid until June the 30th, 2016, to be redeemed at http://www.cineplex.com/promotions.
You may use one code per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased in that transaction. Payment for the transaction must be made by debit, credit, or Cineplex gift card, for any amount remaining after the $5 code is applied. The code is not eligible to earn SCENE points, and there is a limit of 5 codes per household.
