McDonald’s Mondays: McLearnin’ 1972

Ever wonder if you had what it took to work in a McDonald’s in the early 70’s? Neither have I, but employee training films floating around the net are always good for a laugh, and getting a glimpse into an early 70’s McDonald’s is too cool for words to a McManiac such as myself.

Hahah as a teen I did a stint of working at Mc’ds for 1 year, in the 1990’s the videos then weren’t much better.

    hahaha hilarious 🙂
I like how they have a team of every possible employee 🙂 They have a white kid, a single mom, a black girl, a spanish girl and korean/chinease immigrant. Covered all the basics, eh? hahaha

Actually, I think it was a great video. Everyone who works in customer service should watch it! Sometimes I wonder why certain people are in the trade…:)

  7. I worked at McDonald’s back in the 1980s, and was so dedicated that I took home the entire library of training films … most of which were video transfers from the 1970s films …. and boy, do I wish I’d made copies. I can’t find any of them online, aside from the one posted here.
