Metro Ontario: Buy One Get One Free Selection Ice Cream, Sorbet, or Frozen Yogurt *Printable Coupon*

metro

*Offer valid in Ontario only until June 23, 2011 on 1.89L, any variety.

My freezer is full right now so no room for BOGO ice cream, but this coupon would be great to use if you’re planning a backyard barbecue or just because it’s hot out. I love to use ice cream or frozen yogurt to use as a base for milkshakes and smoothies, with some nice fresh summer fruit.

wow if only I was close to a metro…this deal would be perfect with the fpc ice cream up to $5 from cereal boxes – then you’d get 2 free!

  2. mia says:

And that would be perfect if this apply to qc metro as well!!!!

I went to Metro yesterday to get my free Skinny Cow, and both the cashier and supervisor said they don’t take print-out coupons =(…

  4. sampler says:

is the price of one the price of two?

  5. naya says:

yes Metro never accepted printed coupons unless they’re metro or airmiles coupons.
I don’t think they’ll let me use the $5 free icecream coupon along with this one neither.

I got the Frozen Yogurt ( 1.89 L ) today @ Metro ..the reg. price was $ 4.29 ..but it was on sale for $ 3.49 ..so I got 2x Frozen Yogurts for $ 3.49 ..so only $ 1.75 for each box after the B1G1 cpn :)..that’s a great price .

Picked up the Capaccino Chocolate Chip & Black Forrest Cherry ..both are very good 🙂

FYI, Metro (in Beloeil and St-Hilaire, QC) accepted my Skinny Cow printed coupon.

  9. Carole says:

Since Food Basics is owned by Metro would they accept this coupon?

  10. wifegriz says:

my Metro would not accept the coupon as is does not have a barcode or fine print. I only spoke to the cashier and did not pursue with the manager – anybody else have issues with this coupon?

  11. Moi says:

SAYS at the BOTTOM of the COUPON:

“Attention Cashiers this is a valid Metro coupon and it is set up to be accepted in your system”

then there is a unique number under it … also a PLU # on the coupon that they are to enter

    SO THE CASHIER WAS WRONG

Tell any cashier that this coupon is direct from the Metro website ( e- coupons and through their Facebook page 🙂

  12. wifegriz says:

my mistake! I didn’t follow the link, I clicked on the area that said “print my coupon” and thus it did not have all the necessary info. I have since printed off a proper one, as well as a Johnsonville 50% off.

    Thanks guys!

My Metro has icecream reg price for $3.69. So that’s about $1.85 per tub, great deal! Thanks for posting.

  14. Lily says:

This is a valid coupon, if Metro refuse to accept it, ask the cashier to use PLU # on the coupon. Kept your receipt, go “www.metrosurvey.ca” and complain about it.
