Metro Ontario has a great promotion that begins tomorrow, August the 17th. From the 17th to the 30th of August, spend $20 or more on participating General Mills products, and receive a $10 Metro gift card.
The complete list of participating products is a long one and you can click the link below to view the list of products that qualify for the offer, but it appears to be pretty much every single General Mills product that there is. Once you have purchased $20 worth of products and have your receipt, you can complete the offer form, again found through the link below. You must also upload a picture of your receipt, clearly showing your purchases made in one transaction.
2000 $10 Metro gift cards are available so if you are planning to do this one, the sooner you submit your entry the better.
