Metro’s weekly coupons for Ontario stores are available.  They are very similar to last week’s coupons

• Save 3 when you buy any  Fibre1 or Nature Valley (Lunch box and Breakfast) bars
• Save $1.50 when you buy Astro greek original yogourt 500g tub
• Save $1.50 when you buy IronChef America frozen meals

The Fibre 1 / Nature Valley coupon last week only worked on select types of bars.  You need to make sure they are the new bars that specify lunchbox or breakfast on the label.  Nature Valley Lunch Box bars contain no artificial flavours or colours, 8 grams of whole grains and 20% of daily fibre. Available in only in Berry and Chewy Chocolate Chip.    Fibre1 Breakfast bars specify Breakfast Delights on the boxes.  Both of these items are not usually included in sales, they are around $3.50 at Walmart so likely closer to $4 at Metro.
