While Boxing Day was once the time to wait for electronics deals, especially laptops, this year’s Boxing Day deals are not outstanding. Many have been at similar prices over the last few months with ongoing low prices since back to school sales.
Here are a few of the better deals you can find online and in-store for Boxing Day.
Small screen laptops: Choose between a HP AMD 14” 4GB 500GB for $229.99 at Best Buy, or Staples Canada has the Asus Transformer 10” 2GB 32GB for $274.96 or an Acer Aspire Switch 2 in 1 convertible 10” 2GB 32 GB for $279.99 at The Source.
The best deal if you do not need the extra memory is Visions offer for a Dell 10” Latitude 2GB 250GB mini laptop $98.
If you want a Microsoft Surface 3, most stores are selling the 64GB model with Office 365 for $499.99.
If you want a widescreen, Newegg.ca has an Acer 19.5″ All-in-One PC 4GB 500GB for just $299 plus free shipping.
Shoppers Drug Mart has surprisingly decent prices on Acer laptops. While not necessarily the lowest prices, if you have a good Optimum offer, they may be cheaper than other stores after points. Choose between: Acer 2GB/320GB 15” laptop for $269.99, 4GB/500GB for $329.99 or 8GB/500GB for $379.99.
If you need more hard drive space, The Source Canada is selling Acer Aspire 15.6” 4GB 1TB Windows 10 laptops for just $369.99 while Walmart Canada has an Acer Windows 10 Aspire E5 15.6” 8GB 1TB laptop for $398
If you do not need a new laptop immediately, you may find better deals if you wait for an offer on your chosen model over the coming months.
