So it’s 1/3 of the way through November … how are those crazy staches growin?!
Movember (formerly known as November) is a Moustache Growing Charity Event held yearly during the month of November to help raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer.

I already have a few friends who shaved clean this morning to start growing out their staches. If you see men everywhere suddenly popping up with staches, now you know why!
Through the link posted above you can donate, buy merchandise and sign up your own ‘stache. Donate your face and become a “Mo Bro” and walk proud for the month of November knowing you are doing your part to help this cause.

My hubby’s growing a ‘stache again for movember this year, too. I really don’t like his facial hair, but I’ll tolerate it for a good cause! LOL
My son, who is 20, is growing one. He looks great with a beard, but it’s a very different face with just a stache! He might be going for a Fu Manchu, so we’ll see how long that lasts.
good for your DH and Son ladies!

Love your responses… especially the women. If you won’t be seen in public with us, that is ok, thanks for understanding and being awesome women in our lives!
cant wait to see everyone’s creepy progress LOL
You gotta love Movember … The following facts are taken from the Movember website, but I thought I would post them anyway, for those who do not expect to visit the Movember site.
Did you know? In 2010 tragically more than 4,400 men will die as a direct result of prostate cancer.
Also in 2010, nearly 119, 000 Canadian Mo Bros and Mo Sistas got on board, raising $22.3 million CAD.
I am a proud Movember participant and supporter and would certainly appreciate anybody’s support. Please spread the word to your networks of friends and families and donate generously! http://ca.movember.com/mospace/784164/
Thank you!
I have painted little staches on my nails but they look like bats :s
I have decorated my Smart car (see the connection with smart?) with a moustache and called it the Smart Mo, and created a Facebook page for it (facebook.com/thesmartmo). I hope to have your support, and on behalf of the Movember charity, thank you so much. My Mo space can be found directly at http://mobro.co/smartmo
Best regards,
Joshua
My husband is also growing a “Stache! Here is his link!

Hey folks, thought you may be interested in this article we wrote: Canada smashes the Movember mentions! We’ve recently been pretty excited to find out which countries are chatting away online the most about Movember. By analysing Twitter feeds over a one week period we were able to carry out measurements day by day in a Movember-mention-race-type-affair! It turns out that the Canadians love the tash chatter!
The full report is available on our blog here: http://www.cbanalytics.co.uk/blog/2011/nov/14/canada-smashes-movember-mentions/
Love seeing posts like this for Movember. Good on ya! How’s that mo-stache doing?
