Purchase qualifying items from August the 13th to November the 28th, and submit your receipts through the link below. The purchases must be made in one transaction, and be sure to star the items on your receipt so that they are easy to identify.

Your $5 virtual Prepaid Mastercard will be sent to you via email once your receipt has been verified. The final day to submit receipts is December the 15th. There is a limit of one reward per $15 qualifying purchase, and there is a maximum of 10 rewards per individual for the duration of this promotion.
