I often get asked what a “tear pad” coupon is, so for those of you new to couponing, these are tear pad coupons. They are the coupons you find in your travels while shopping, often placed on shelves near the products they are for, or, if you are in a Loblaws umbrella store, you may find a glorious thing called a Coupon Board near the entrances, where they are all hung for your convenience.
