Next Issue offers a 30 day trial but if you sign up now, you can enter BONUS30 for an additional 30 days trial. You do need to sign up with a credit card but can cancel at any time. If you are a current Rogers customer, you can have it added to your Rogers billing instead of providing a credit card.
