Every step they tried to scam us.
From playing bait and switch, giving us an old dirty room, denying our package to charging us 100$ for the Macaroni grill which we never stepped in.
I ended up getting the stay refunded but buyer beware for sure, the Marriott packages are way better.

This was over a year ago, but definitely print off the ENTIRE package and the features your to receive.
I had to fight every step of the way, but we did get moved to a new room and got the $100 taken off for a restauarnt we never ate it, it was more of a hassle then anything.
I really recommend the Marriot Fallsview (not gateway)
