From September 11th – 24th, 2009, Old Navy us having a toddler sale. Included in the sale are plenty of clothing deals and they are also including toddler and infant Halloween costumes!
I have heard that these costumes are very cute, not cheap looking at all, and very warm (probably too warm for indoors but perfect for trick or treating!).

Old Navy defines “toddler” as up to 5T. Most of the costumes are warm enough for trick or treating with just long sleeves/long pants. For indoor events, go with shorts and a t-shirt underneath. My dd has worn them since she was 6 months old.
They are adorable!!! I am buying what ever different ones are left when they go on clearance! THey are too cute!!
