I’m 99.9% sure they do. I believe it says on the fine print of the coupon: Valid at all Old Navy stores in the US and Canada.

you have to “Like” the Old Navy facebook page, and there’s a tab at the top that says “Barker’s Bones”
The Barker coupons are a tab at the top of the Facebook page for Old Navy. Good luck with the stupid security code you have to enter- I could hardly read the letters and had to enter them 15 times before I got it right. Hate those security codes!
