At a savings of up to $2.54 off of the regular price, this is already a good deal with no coupons, but if you visit the WebSaver printable coupon portal by clicking the link below, you will find a coupon for $1 off the purchase of Black Diamond shredded cheese. Use this coupon and you will pay just $2.75 per bag of shredded cheese!
The Black Diamond shredded cheese is 320-340g, so $2.75 for this size is not much different than paying $3.75 with no coupon for the 400g-450g bar, but for the sake of convenience for things like tacos and topping things with cheese, this is a great deal for the shredded.
This week Freshco Ontario has Piller’s meat sticks on sale for just $5.99, and this includes mild, hot, turkey, or simply free varieties in the 300g to 500g size.
At a savings of $3 off the regular price, $5.99 is a fairly good sale price, but there is a printable coupon that is still available for $1 off, that will allow to purchase these for just $4.99.

This coupon is not on the first page, so to locate it you will have to select the brand Piller’s from the drop down menu. As with all SmartSource coupons, you are able to get two prints of each coupon per browser, and I have not recently printed this coupon, but expiry dates are usually about 30 days from the time of printing. Metro Ontario Inc. is recalling Metro brand deli trays from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Consumers should not consume the recalled products described below.
What you should do
Check to see if you have the recalled product in your home. Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
If you think you became sick from consuming a recalled product, call your doctor.
Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness. Pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems are particularly at risk. Although infected pregnant women may experience only mild, flu-like symptoms, the infection can lead to premature delivery, infection of the newborn or even stillbirth. In severe cases of illness, people may die.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.

Until October the 2nd, you can get Allen’s apple juice for a great price! Fortinos Ontario has Allen’s apple juice 1.89L advertised for $1.99 in their flyer for the week. This sale includes the 35% less sugar variety, and it just so happens that there is a printable coupon for that variety, and it is still available.
